INTEGREX i-500S
For efficient processing of complex medium-to-large parts, the advanced INTEGREX i-500S Multi-Tasking machine offers the largest configuration in the INTEGREX i Series. Its high-output, high-torque main spindle and second spindle (S), combined with a compact milling spindle head, provide the capabilities of a high-powered turning center and a full-function machining center for single-setup production.
To reduce non-cut time, shorten lead times and improve part accuracy, the INTEGREX i-500S eliminates multiple setups and minimizes the need for fixtures, tools and handling. With 5-axis performance, the machine processes fully prismatic parts from chucked or bar-fed solid blocks or castings, in addition to round and/or highly contoured parts. Easy automation integration and a wide range of options make the INTEGREX i-500S a versatile choice for many industries.
