The powerful INTEGREX i-450H ST Multi-Tasking Center combines the highest level of single-setup production versatility with turning and full-function machining capabilities. To minimize fixtures, tools, handling and non-cut time, the machine features a second turning spindle (S) for DONE IN ONE® machining and a lower turret (T) with optional rotary tool capabilities. Simultaneous two-tool machining on the milling spindle and lower turret increases throughput with balance cutting.
With an advanced MAZATROL SmoothAi CNC specifically designed for Multi-Tasking, the INTEGREX i-450H ST excels at specialized applications such as crankshaft inclined drilling and gear skiving. For productivity and unattended operations, the automation-ready design of the machine enclosure, tool magazine and auto jaw changer accommodates gantry loaders, bar feeders and articulating robots.
